• CNC Profiling and Machining: Control panel fascias are precision CNC machined to ensure the dimensions and positions of all holes, cutouts, and text are 100 percent accurate for your components.
• Chemical Etching: Ideal for stainless steel. The design is chemically etched into the metal and infilled with contrasting paint (typically black) to provide sharp legibility and extreme corrosion resistance.
• Subsurface Anodic Printing: A highly cost-effective method for producing durable, scratch-resistant aluminium plates in medium to large batches.
• Laser and Rotary Engraving: Permanent mechanical and laser engraving for rigid plastics, laminates, and free-issue components.

Industrial Grade Materials

• 316 Grade Stainless Steel: Brushed stainless steel (typically 0.9mm to 1.5mm thick) offering superior corrosion resistance for marine, chemical, and food processing environments.
• Traffolyte and Rigid Laminates: The industry standard for electrical insulation. Available in 1.5mm or 3.0mm thicknesses, often supplied with bevelled edges for a premium finish.
