Material Overview: TRAFFOLYTE (ABET Hard Laminate)

Traffolyte (also known as ABET Rigid Engraving Laminate or Phenolic Laminate) is a premium, multi-layered phenolic plastic designed specifically for safety and identification in harsh environments. It is a rigid, two-colour material available in standard thicknesses of 1.5mm and 3.0mm.

Because the material is comprised of coloured layers, engraving through the top surface reveals a contrasting core colour underneath. This ensures the text is not just printed on the surface but is physically part of the material, making it legible even after years of wear.

• Valve Tags: Supplied with options for Nickel Plated or Stainless Steel (Grade 304) ball chains & connectors, or Stainless Steel wire rope (Grade 316) with crimps.
