Material Overview: TRAFFOLYTE (its superb properties and applications)

Traffolyte/ABET Rigid Engraving Laminate is a rigid, two colour material available in two thicknesses: 1.5mm and 3.0mm

that allows precision engraving on both sides. Engraving through the surface will reveal the contrast colour

The perfect solution for the permanent identification of industrial warning/information/instructional labels and signage.

A very robust and resilient material with a gloss finish that is easy to maintain having excellent properties for use in all types of industries

Note: in addition to the standard range of colour combinations above, there is also a brushed silver and gold finish laminate available for plaques and decorative signage
(although these would not have the same properties as the standard colour range – please get in touch to find out more)

Fixing methods:

We can supply traffolyte products with either:-

• Precision drilled holes
• Very strong double- sided self-adhesive fixing tape applied to the backs
• Door or desk nameplate holders for signs to slide into
• For valve tags we have options of nickel plated or stainless steel (grade 304) ball chain & connectors or stainless steel wire rope (Grade 316) and crimps
